From Picture North Carolina.

This image is of Silver Lake Harbor on the south end of Ocracoke Island on North Carolina’s Outer Banks.  The base image is a HDR image consisting of six different exposures (of the same image) that were blended together to create one image.  Then the one HDR image was hand-brushed to create a unique PhotoArt style.  There was a lot of drama in the clouds at the time the picture was taken and I worked to emphasize that.
